Refund Policy

At Joy's Maids we aim to provide high-quality cleaning services with flexibility and fairness to our clients. Please review our refund policy below:

Cancellations:

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or service credit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
If our team arrives at your property and cannot access it due to no prior notice, this will be considered a no-show, and a fee of up to 50% of the service cost may apply.

Same-Day Cancellations:

Same-day cancellations are accepted but may incur a 20% fee unless due to an emergency.

Emergency Exceptions:

We understand emergencies happen. If a cancellation is due to a genuine emergency, we may waive or reduce the cancellation fee at our discretion.

Prepaid Services:

For prepaid services, a full refund is available if canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may receive a partial refund after applicable fees.
