Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of cleaning services provided by Joys Maids.

1. Scheduling and Rescheduling:

  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times at no cost, with 24 hours’ advance notice via phone or email.

  • Changes to the time, day, type, or frequency of service must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 20% fee.

  • Missed appointments or failure to provide access will result in a no-show fee of up to 50%.

3. Service Pauses and Termination:

  • Clients may pause recurring services with 24 hours' notice and resume when ready.

  • Our services are contract-free, and clients may terminate services at any time by notifying us via phone or email.

4. Modifications and Requests:

  • Requests to change cleaners, add services (e.g., deep cleaning), or modify existing bookings are welcomed with 24 hours’ notice.

  • Additional charges may apply for add-on services.

5. Company-Initiated Cancellations:

  • In the rare case we need to cancel or reschedule (e.g., staff illness), we will notify you promptly and offer the soonest possible reschedule.

6. Payment:

  • Payments are due at the time of service or in advance.

  • Refunds and adjustments are subject to our refund policy.

7. Communication:

  • We require all service changes (reschedules, cancellations, or requests) to be made by phone or email to ensure timely processing.

8. Limitation of Liability:

  • While we take great care, Joy's Maids is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our staff.
