Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of cleaning services provided by Joys Maids.
1. Scheduling and Rescheduling:

Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times at no cost, with 24 hours’ advance notice via phone or email.

Changes to the time, day, type, or frequency of service must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Cancellation Policy:

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 20% fee.

Missed appointments or failure to provide access will result in a no-show fee of up to 50%.
3. Service Pauses and Termination:

Clients may pause recurring services with 24 hours' notice and resume when ready.

Our services are contract-free, and clients may terminate services at any time by notifying us via phone or email.
4. Modifications and Requests:

Requests to change cleaners, add services (e.g., deep cleaning), or modify existing bookings are welcomed with 24 hours’ notice.

Additional charges may apply for add-on services.
5. Company-Initiated Cancellations:

In the rare case we need to cancel or reschedule (e.g., staff illness), we will notify you promptly and offer the soonest possible reschedule.
6. Payment:

Payments are due at the time of service or in advance.

Refunds and adjustments are subject to our refund policy.
7. Communication:

We require all service changes (reschedules, cancellations, or requests) to be made by phone or email to ensure timely processing.
8. Limitation of Liability:

While we take great care, Joy's Maids is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our staff.
